Saira Banu alleges that Samir N Bhojwani, the builder has also created fake documents and is using his influence in political circles to seize the house.

We had earlier told you that Dilip Kumar’s bungalow in Pali Hill is going into redevelopment and will be turned into a multi-storeyed building
The redeveloped property will not only house the Kumars, it will also have a museum dedicated to Dilip Kumar’s illustrious career in Bollywood.

Confirming the news to a leading tabloid, Saira Banu had said, "Dilip Sahab is the owner of the property and of course the developers will have their share in the redeveloped property, be it their residences or anything else they wish for."

Dilip Kumar brought his bungalow in 1953. In 2008, in a contract signed with  Mumbai based builders, Prajita Developers agreed to redevelop property. Complications led to the matter being taken to the Supreme Court and on September 30, the apex court ruled that the property should be handed back to the Kumars.
